NIGHT SKI TRIP: maybe sometime soon if interst
Who We Are
We are a nondenominational student-run group of students under the banner of the Intervarsity Christian Fellowship.
GCF exists as a fellowship of believers dedicated to encouraging one
another and spurring one another on in Christian faith during these busy,
transition times in lives. GCF includes graduate students, recent
graduates, non-traditional undergrads and others going through the same
transition time in their lives and careers. Although many of our members
have some connection to grad school (either as current students or recent
graduates), some are in the working world or pursuing a second or
non-traditional undergrad degree.
We provide large group meetings,
fellowship and service activities, and small group Bible studies. Although
we are primarily focused on discipleship (building up the body of Christ),
we also seek to evangelize through service activities and building
relationships with non-Christians. The GCF fellowship is strongly dedicated
to the authority of God's word and a belief in Jesus Christ as savior.
However, we are open to all people interested in learning more about the
Christian faith.
During the fall and spring semesters we have meetings every Wednesday evening at 6:30, usually in the Graduate Life Center. These meetings are a time for food, fellowship and learning. Small groups, formed at the beginning of the school year, provide a close-knit community of believers and are an excellent source of support.
